WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Please include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and contact information in the return package.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit, as per your preference.
In the case of an exchange request, we will process the exchange based on product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Non-Refundable Items:
